This electrode offers superior corrosion resistance for welding nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys and super austenitic stainless steels containing 6% molybdenum. It is used in chemical, marine, and high-temperature environments where corrosion and oxidation resistance are critical. Typical applications include distillation columns, corrosion-resistant tanks, heat exchangers, steam boilers, coils, marine equipment, saltwater pumps, propellers, vacuum evaporators, and furnace components.
