Designed for welding piping systems, hoppers, slides, and steel buckets, this low-hydrogen electrode is also suitable for mining and excavation equipment, machinery frames, and high-yield-strength steels (HY-80, HY-100, etc.). It performs exceptionally well on weathering steels (CorTen®), low-alloy steels (4130, 4140, 4340, 8620, etc.), and quenched and tempered plates such as Scandia®, Hardox®, or T-1®, offering excellent mechanical strength and dependable weldability for demanding applications.
