This multi-carbide hardfacing electrode is designed for hardfacing parts exposed to extreme abrasion, high temperatures, or moderate impact. Its high carbide content provides outstanding wear resistance and durability in the most demanding industrial environments.
Typical applications include ore disintegrator rotors, cement kilns, agglomerate fans and crushers, blast furnace bells, conveyor screws, coke oven pushers, pump bodies, fan blades, plowshares, screens, bucket teeth and blades, wear plates, cement pumps, and scraper arms.
