This hardfacing electrode with chromium carbides is designed for hardfacing parts exposed to severe abrasion and moderate impact. It provides excellent wear resistance and performance in demanding industrial environments.
Common applications include conveyor screws, bucket and excavator teeth, crusher roll shells, mechanical ram blades, mixer paddles, crusher jaws, scraper arms, crusher hammers, mixer blades, coke feeder shoes, plowshares, augers, and coke hoppers.
It significantly extends the service life of components subject to high friction and abrasive wear.
