This high-deposition jet electrode (160%) is ideal for welding and rebuilding carbon steels, alloy steels, hardened and tempered steels, manganese steels, and hard-to-weld steels.
It is widely used for repairing and restoring railway rails, crossing points, switch points, wear plates, crusher hammers and jaws, gears, roller tracks, buckets, blades and shovel teeth, as well as mining and excavation equipment.
Also suitable for hardened and tempered steels such as Scandia® and Hardox®, and for manganese steel components exposed to heavy impact and abrasion.
