This martensitic hardfacing electrode is designed for hardfacing and repairing metal parts exposed to moderate to severe wear and high impact. It provides excellent abrasion resistance combined with good toughness, making it ideal for applications requiring a balance between hardness and impact strength.
Commonly used on plowshares, tractor and crane parts, blades, track pads, conveyors, chutes, scraper arms, mixer blades, crusher hammers, excavator teeth, and shear blades, it extends the service life of agricultural, mining, and industrial equipment.
